Straightforward replacement for a dying, original (05) battery. First battery sent, leaked at the DHL Depot. Received a message from DHL To contact Tayna, so emailed Tayna as i was at work. Withing 15 mins i had a new one on the way nxt day, new tracking number and full of apologies. all via email. Excellent service
