Excellent service from Tayna Batteries! Thought I'd got the correct one for my car, and asked if they wouldn't mind checking for me, and they said I'd picked one, correctly, but not suitable for a vehicle with stop start. Within moments I had the correct number to order, and its now fitted to my car and works fab, like it should. No hesitation in recommending Tayna!

A good battery let down by DHL refusing to deliver it. After 3 days of it Sitting in my local delivery office with no attempt to deliver it I had to collect it myself, 2 hour round trip!

Excellent product but next day delivery didn’t happen even though I paid the premium, delivery was planned for following Monday 4 days after order. Also courier wanted a signature which wasn’t mentioned when ordered, and to change delivery option then add another 24 hrs onto delivery. I order on line because I work full time if I had time to sit at home and sign for a package, then I may as well go out and buy the item from a store. Courier was useless ? in the end cancelled the order and bought the equivalent on Saturday at local store. All because of the delivery!!!!
