I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from your company. As you are fully aware, I ordered the battery on Thursday, i was promised delivery for Friday to no avail. we had to cancel our trip to Manchester for the Weekend. After several emails and phone call the battery was finally delivered on Wednesday night. I need to be compensated for this, apart from postage charges. If I don't hear from you regarding the compensation, I will have no choice but to express this experience by Google review.

Like most people I was shocked to discover that the super efficient "Stop Start Technology" battery will die after about 4 years and costs a fortune to replace. After trying the Mercedes Main Stealer and a few independent car component and battery suppliers who offered me a battery for around £180, I found Tayna batteries on the Net. As soon as I phoned them I discovered that they were very knowledgeable and most helpful, I purchased an Exide battery at £123 Delivered overnight, exact fit works just great. Now I am waiting for the starter motor to go belly up, and that is £500, Happy days this new Technology is just Wonderful. Don't you think? Tayna are a sound and professional company THANKS
