Bought as some cheap skate put a normal battery in my stop/start focus which was not working. Fitted but had to get coded in an work's perfect now, well happy.

Service from Tanya was excellent. Ordered new Stop/Start Exide battery. Delivered the following day. Very well packaged, in perfect condition and with clear instructions for unpacking safely. Cannot comment on the Exide battery as only a a week old. However last one was exactly the same and lasted 7 years. Also ...importantly for me battery was made in EU not China.

Delivery was efficient. I was not at home for first attempt but received update and timings for 2nd attempt next day and arrived as explained. Battery now fitted and working perfectly. Price was much better than all other suppliers (and I carried out extensive search). Would very highly recomment Tayna and will use again.

Batteries now fitted and van good as new. Great company to deal with - I'd ordered what I thought were the correct batteries but upon receipt they were the wrong depth to fit in my Transit - straight on the phone to Tayna thinking this could be tricky to resolve but can honestly say, the service was exceptional - helpful, sorted out the issue and quickly arranged collection of incorrect batteries and delivery of new - refund of incorrect ones were arranged swiftly upon their receipt of the return - thank you so much for helping us in our time of need - the van back on the road :)

Good battery and it fits well to my Ford focus. Sorted the problem of it starting with auto start stop. Did not get chance to review the longevity of the battery because I sold this car soon afterwards for a new model. But will definitely consider getting another one of these if needed.

This was the first time I've used Tayna and I have to say I am totally impressed with the service, the battery arrived 24 hours of me placing my order. Yodel the courier used was excellent. The battery was half the price of the same one sold by other respected companies e.g RAC, it's now fitted, the stop start/heated screen are now working perfectly, so I'm more than happy with it. Thankyou Tayna batteries.
