Excellent service all round from ordering, next day delivery and packaging. The battery was really well protected for transport. As expected, the battery was an exact fit. This my second dealing with Tayna and I high recommend them.

Battery arrived as promised & in a fully charged condition. It was well packaged and does the job. But this particular battery is too tall to fit into its designed place under bonnet in my MK4 2011MY Ford Mondeo. Therefore I would have to question the software that uses the registration details of the vehicle to confirm that this is the correct battery for the vehicle. I could only get it to slide under the bulkhead into its location by removing the battery abs housing.

Put the order in and was told to wait until I hear for collection. I had to ask a week later if item had been sent and went to collect it and couldn't without a collection number waste is time and more money. Finally got the product.. but won't be back here again..

All I can say is that Tayna were let down by their delivery partner, DX Express, in this case. Failed first delivery attempt, stating couldn’t find address, just a blatant lie. I arranged collection from local DX Express centre to find it was in a different package (vision express box!) and was damaged and I got battery acid all over my hands when I was requested to inspect myself before collection by DX Express Staff. Tayna were great, quick dispatch, good battery availability and pricing. They also handled my return and refund without quibble. I’d only purchase from Tayna again if they used a different courier. The recent reviews online of DX express speak volumes. This is my true and accurate experience of this purchase.

Batteries now fitted and van good as new. Great company to deal with - I'd ordered what I thought were the correct batteries but upon receipt they were the wrong depth to fit in my Transit - straight on the phone to Tayna thinking this could be tricky to resolve but can honestly say, the service was exceptional - helpful, sorted out the issue and quickly arranged collection of incorrect batteries and delivery of new - refund of incorrect ones were arranged swiftly upon their receipt of the return - thank you so much for helping us in our time of need - the van back on the road :)

Ordered to replace the 8.5 year Exide which wouldn't turn the diesel engine over despite showing full voltage. Checkied it wasn't a jammed starter motor by trying to jump start another car with it's battery disconnected, with the same result. Replacement arrived the next morning and all good. Excellent price and service from Tayna.
