I ordered this battery. Parcel force claimed I refused it at the door. It went back to the depot and has seemingly vanished into the ether. Repeated ignored emails from Tanya. The best I got was an email saying they were busy and to request a refund through eBay...I bought it directly from Tayna!!!! Disgraceful customer service that doesn't even cover the bare minimum. I've been mugged, that's how it feels. You've lost a customer and I buy multiple batteries every year.

As yet found this battery to perform well, particularly since it was added to the car the night before temperatures went to -3 and little above 0 for 2.5 weeks and the car is only used 2-3 days a week. Hope longer term it remains good.

As always excellent service from Tayna. Battery arrived next day by DPD. This was bought as a replacement for a Honda Jazz battery that kept on discharging. Previous battery fitted by the AA was 35Ah this is 40 and the CCA is slightly higher as well. This battery fits perfectly. A few weeks in it is holding its charge perfectly. The price is reasonable, so very happy.
