Cannot fault the top Class Service. Battery came by 15:00 next day, Well packaged and with clear instructions for venting before use, etc. Really good at cranking the 2.2 Diesel Transit and starts immediately now. Won't go past Tayna now for future batteries. A+

looked on the internet at a few companies but tayna had very good reviews. ordered the battery one d it was delivered the next day at 3 pm up in Scotland.battery was very well packaged and on checking was fully charged. fitted it straight away and it turned the engine over no problem whatsoever and it fired up almost immediately, thecae had been standing for a few day and temp was about -3 degrees at that time. so very impressed with the purchase and more so with the company, kept informed every step of the way. well recommended. john kane

Stumbled across this website after various other sites recommended a lower rated (and smaller) battery than was in car from new. Gave Tayna a call to query this and the chap i spoke to answered all my dumb questions accurately and with patience! I ordered online after 3pm and received the delivery at 10:30 the next morning, packaged very well with clear instructions for preparing to put in car. The battery is exactly as described and works as it should. Faultless service, I have and will recommend to all I know :)

The replacement battery for my for my BMW 330 CI convertible arrived well packaged, quickly and without any fuss. I have not had the opportunity to install the item yet so cannot give any indication of its providence. Having dealt with Taylor in the past I don't anticipate any problems.
