Cannot comment yet on the actual battery as we have not fitted it yet and ordered it on the basis of previous reviews, but delivery was very efficient and it was very well packaged. Prior to that we had a quick chat with the suppliers who were very helpful. Perhaps the wording on the accompanying safety instruction leaflet could be modified slightly as it was a little ambiguous and needs clearer instruction on what to do when the battery is not being fitted straight away.

Received the Varta E11 battery in good order, but not in good working order, because it was not charged enough and I had to charge it for SIX hours until it was fully charged...right now it works fine.

I ordered the battery on a sunday afternoon and paid the small amount for next day delivery and on monday I received a despatch note and Tuesday I got the battery delivery, excellent. Fitted the battery to the car and worked straight out of the box, cannot get any better than that. Excellent service.

Bought for a 1999 Audi a6 saloon 2.4.First class service from start to finish. Ordered mid afternoon one day and the battery arrived 11am the next morning withj full tracking. The battery was superbly packaged but the price was the best with postage included. Will definately be back again should I need a battery in the future.
