Excellent service - after a panic (on my part) on whether the quoted height included terminal posts. (Perhaps this could be clarified in the product details.)

I was not happy with the way that the battery terminals' orientation is described on your website. Customers clearly have problems with your descriptions. On top of that I thought the way I was charged for returning and re-ordering the correct battery was very poor and showed little consideration for customers. I would therefore not be using your services again or recommending them to others
