Excellent modern battery to replace former Lucas battery in a classic car . Sensible price plus upgraded cranking and longevity . Fits perfectly into an E Type Series One and even takes original battery fittings with a bit of room to spare - which is good to get the positive well away from the engine bay. Why pay four to five times more for a mock original which has much less performance and reliability unless of course you want to win a concourse event. Save the money and drive! Tayna service is excellent and battery comes professionally packed with very quick delivery. Lucas battery continues the name with modern performance - Result!

Bought this battery to replace one previously bought from Tayna seven years ago. Previous battery was under specced really for the application and developed an intermittent internal fault. This larger battery does the job just great and spins the engine over well. Great service from Tayna as well.

Usual fast delivery. Easy to handle as fitting position in the car is "awkward" but the battery leaves a good amount of room in the bay (Triumph Stag). Took very little time to full charge before fitting. Will buy again if it lasts a good while.
