I was having a few starting problems on cold mornings and this sorted it out from Day one. Plenty power to crank over and more. Purchased from TANYA as I have bought from Them before and always got a first class service delivered to the front door. Excellent.

Wanted a bigger battery for my Defender as I find the standard one is a bit slow to turn over on cold mornings even when new. This one (Lucas 019) performs much much better with much higher CCA. Service was excellent fro Tayna and the battery was delivered to the depot in France very quickly via DPD/Interlink. Unfortunately Chronopost then got their hands on it! It was out for delivery on the Monday but they said the address was invalid so I rebooked online for the Tuesday and made sure they had the address and phone number. They ignored this and rebooked the delivery for Wednesday. They then said that no-one was at home. I had waited in for 3 days within earshot of the telephone by then. We phoned and complained and arranged for it to be delivered to the post office in our nearest town on the Friday (Thursday was a public holiday). I would have liked it delivered to my house but didn't want to repeat the previous experiences so I had it sent to the post office from where I could collect it. They ignored the instructions again and delivered it to a post office in another town, further away, on the Friday. I collected on the following Monday. Excellent service from Tayna, abysmal from Chronopost (not the first time either).

Battery fitted vehicle perfectly and was fully charged when received. Engine cranks faster on start and fires sooner than before. Delivery was very fast and packaging was first class.

I placed my order at 2.30p.m. and my battery arrived the following morning at 10.30.....AMAZING!! The packaging was exceptionally effective and fully re-cycleable. In addition, despite the massive size (and weight) of the battery, it was shouldered by a very cheery courier. The battery arrived fully charged with clear fitting instructions and works perfectly. It was also, by far, the lowest price I could find...anywhere!
