Prompt delivery The rubber transport bungs were however too tightly inserted which made removal difficult, with a certain amount of electrolyte being "splattered".

I have awarded 1 star because on the website the quoted CCA for this battery is 340A and yet when you receive the 038 Numax battery the CCA on the case is 290A. Therefore a far inferior product is delivered. In addition when I rang to query the delivery of the item, on 3 separate occasions I was told that "the computer system was down" and that they could not give me any information at all. On the instructions for the battery it stated that I should "use the gloves supplied" to assemble the battery. There were no gloves in the package. So to summarise misleading information on website and instructions and poor customer service.
