Battery was fine but rating is low due to customer service, ordered on the Wednesday before cut off time for next day delivery although I understood it could take 2 days however was contacted on the Thursday by courier to say it would arrive on Monday I tried to cancel order after being told it hadn't been sent out on the Wednesday but was told I couldn't cancel hence was stuck at home with no cat and no way to get to work for days if I had been contacted about it and advised it wouldn't arrive in stated time would never have made the purchase or would have cancelled before it was actually sent out

Great Service. Battery arrived next day and fitted perfectly despite concerns from some reviews elsewhere on the web that there were problems fitting some replacement picanto batteries. Resolved the problem with the car starting.

Very fast delivery, battery well packed. Easy to fit and about half the price of the Kia one (which Kia didn't have anyway). Staff very helpful on the phone in finding the correct battery as most spares shops list the wrong one (no clamping flanges on the bottom).
