ordering process was easy. Battery arrived on time and was left under the caravan, with a note from the delivery driver that it was there. Only worry would be what happened if it was not there when we got back. Would have preferred a phone call to confirm was ok to leave. Battery itself is fine. Easy to fit and worked first time, Car now starts fine.
