I have used Tanya a few times now and have always been pleased with their delivery times and excellent packaging. I suppose in this day and age most of the batteries work with a set specification and should all be the same as each other but I chose the Numax as I've seen others and they just look a good strong construction and people I've spoken to had no complaints. Also, the one I've bought previously have given me no trouble. This time I made a silly mistake and ordered the wrong size, Tanya immediately organised the right one to be sent out and the wrong one picked up at the same time at a minimal cost to me (my own fault, so I expect to have to pay for it). Anyway, this one fits just fine and if it behaves itself as well as the others I'll be pleased. Terry Bruce.

I ordered a much bigger than recommended battery for my Peugeot expert van it fitted perfect i can't fault the packaging,delivery & price to the channel Islands was good I've already recommended them to a friend and wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them again.

Excellent service for a difficult size for my tractor. I ordered using the dimensions, and it fits perfectly. Just one thought, the carrier attempted to hand it over to my wife at arms length! Dread to to think what would have happened to it and her if she had tried to take it!

I bought this as part of a two-battery order to replace the mismatching and failing batteries on my '94 80-series (it has 24-volt start and hence requires two - a 249 on the passenger side and a 250 on the driver's side). Tayna delivered the batteries incredibly quickly and they arrived in excellent condition thanks to the very thorough packaging. I was also very impressed with the clear, easy labelling applied to each battery, indicating where shipping plugs and sealant tape needed to be removed before fitting, making their installation an absolute doddle. The physical battery size was exactly as described on the web site hence ensuring a perfect fit. I like it when a little bit of thought and care is applied by a supplier, and it has to be said that I now consider Tayna one of the most careful, thoughtful suppliers I've ever dealt with. Combined with the superb pricing, you really can't go wrong. Absolutely brilliant, Tayna - many thanks!
