I ordered a battery from Tayna, because it offered next working day delivery. The battery did not arrive. This inconvenienced a number of people. Do not offer something you cannot provide. You also offered to refund the express postage charge, you have not done so

I bought this as part of a two-battery order to replace the mismatching and failing batteries on my '94 80-series (it has 24-volt start and hence requires two - a 249 on the passenger side and a 250 on the driver's side). Tayna delivered the batteries incredibly quickly and they arrived in excellent condition thanks to the very thorough packaging. I was also very impressed with the clear, easy labelling applied to each battery, indicating where shipping plugs and sealant tape needed to be removed before fitting, making their installation an absolute doddle. The physical battery size was exactly as described on the web site hence ensuring a perfect fit. I like it when a little bit of thought and care is applied by a supplier, and it has to be said that I now consider Tayna one of the most careful, thoughtful suppliers I've ever dealt with. Combined with the superb pricing, you really can't go wrong. Absolutely brilliant, Tayna - many thanks!
