Great customer service. Fantastic price, much much cheaper than that company a lot of garages use and speedy delivery. In fact I ordered the batteries and they came the next day, but we found the fault with a loose wire so sent them back, and not an issue at all. Later my old batteries drained again, and realised new batteries were in fact needed, and no bother, order placed and delivered nicely packed the next day. As I said, great customer service and superb price.

Perfect!! From my first call to Tayna to double check stocks to the timed next day delivery, who could ask for more? Compared with buying the comparable item from VW I saved over £100 and got it two weeks sooner!

Sources of these batteries are few and, until now, I've put up with the ridiculous prices charged by my local VW dealer (which seem to have almost doubled every three years). Tayna supplied a set of two for less than the first replacement set cost me back in 2010. My order late one evening was despatched the next day and delivered the day after which is faster than VW used to be able to supply them. Fitted in 30 minutes. My wallet's happy and I'm much happier. I recommend Tayna without any hesitation.

As an Eos V6 owner you are limited to battery suppliers and Tayna proved to be far and beyond the best and most cost effective supplier for this application. I can’t recommend them enough.
