Excellent and efficient service, however perhaps too efficient! When I ordered the battery from you via e-bay, your standard email came through that states if I needed to double check the battery was the correct one for the car, to email you and the order would be put on hold until you receive confirmation that the battery would fit. I emailed you back to say hang fire on the order until I had double checked, but I received an email straight back to say that unfortunately the order had already been processed. The time span was only half an hour from receiving the order confirmation from e-bay to the order being processed. Happily though, the battery was correct and the car sprang into life. I work in a similar business where orders are received, processed, completed and dispatched often within minutes. We quite often would receive a call from our customer to cancel or change the order, only for us to confirm the order had been completed. This led to some unhappy customers and we became the victim of our own efficiency. We therefore instigated an automated delay in our system of one hour, which has given our customers the chance to amend their order should they need to. Happy customers = loyal customers! Maybe you should implement the same or similar delay to allow customers time to act on the advice you give them in your confirmation email. Batteries arrived within 24hrs. The two 100ah batteries were charged and I fitted them straight into my Mercedes 609d coach-it started first time. Started bus within 20 seconds at -6 the other morning, after leaving vehicle for a week . Great batteries.

I never expected a superior quality product to be sold for as little as £56. I always bought original battery for my car but because the car is hardly used I always had to replace the batteries after 2 years. The battery is well made and looks and works great. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking to save money on buying batteries

Wanted a decent new battery for my t4 but had issues with van not starting and couldnt get it to hold a charge and the recovery man said the battery was faulty so sent it back and got a refund and put old battery back on
