Excellent battery and communication, Exactly as described,it dropped straight into the battery bay with no problems. Item arrived on time and was very well and safely packed - which was fortunate, because the delivery man delivered it upside-down.

Very good but stickers on the battery telling to remove plugs is not clear. I managed to remove the little red plug on one side but not the black plug on the other side which I am not sure I should have removed anyway. I did try and made a mess of the plug but could not remove it altogether.

Fantastic service, ordered over the Christmas / New year break, when every other company were closed down, and I was stuck for a battery, Tanya came through ordered 30th December, and delivered the next day, New years eve of course when everyone else that I tried said " no chance" will now make Tanya my choice of suppliers.

Price point absolutely excellent - I could easily have paid double if I didn't find Tayna online! Really well packaged too. Delivery was a day later than anticipated, but this was a human error, and was communicated well to me. Overall I am really happy that I ordered from Tayna.
