When I contacted Tayna on the phone the colleague was extremely helpful. Used the website to order the correct battery & used the click & collect option for delivery. The battery was ready for collection the following day - brilliant. On collection, the battery was packaged very well & very safely. The battery fitted perfectly to the car & the it started first time. 3 weeks on & the car is starting immediately on turning the key, even in these very cold conditions. The price of the battery was extremely competitive, especially for one that is required for a car with stop / start feature. The reviews I read prior to ordering helped me make the decision to purchase a Tayna battery for the first time. Overall extremely pleased with the help, process, transaction & battery.
