Tanya was recommended to me as a next day delivery company and that's what the website advised. After placing the order I was told it would be days before the battery would be delivered and that I couldn't cancel the order. I did get the delivery charge refunded, but would not recommend using this company as they take your money and don't deliver as promised. I've given an extra star as they did refund the delivery charge, but would have liked a refund or the battery delivered next day as advertised.

When I contacted Tayna on the phone the colleague was extremely helpful. Used the website to order the correct battery & used the click & collect option for delivery. The battery was ready for collection the following day - brilliant. On collection, the battery was packaged very well & very safely. The battery fitted perfectly to the car & the it started first time. 3 weeks on & the car is starting immediately on turning the key, even in these very cold conditions. The price of the battery was extremely competitive, especially for one that is required for a car with stop / start feature. The reviews I read prior to ordering helped me make the decision to purchase a Tayna battery for the first time. Overall extremely pleased with the help, process, transaction & battery.
