What a brilliant service from Tayna, they are now Number one in my book for battery replacement. I ordered the battery late in the afternoon and it still arrived the following morning, the Battery itself arrived so well packed in cardboard and polystyrene packing sheets and sealed inside a vacuum bag for good measure. For the price I paid I was not expecting anything special but the battery fitted like a glove and was fully charged as well, I have had other batteries from other suppliers that have arrived with just enough charge to get the car running. Comma from Tayna have been concise and to the point, no spamming either which is a pleasant surprise, I have purchased things for the car online before and been pestered a lot but not this time thank you Tayna. All in all an excellent experience all round, no complaints from me and the car now starts first turn of the key every time.

It’s my mere luck, The battery itself was faulty. It can happen to any battery. Hardly it has worked properly for less than two months. I got my full refund. Customer services are excellent. I must say they the best customer concern people.
