Unfortunately the order was not available for next day delivery, refund was given. The delivery company DPD useless bunch! Attempted delivery after order cancelled, refused delivery once, then Attempted delivery again!

Ordered Battery on the 17th for delivery within 5 days. 7 passed and nothing was delivered or any notification sent contacted customer service regarding this and was told there had been a 'error' with delivery and that the order had actually been cancelled and that a refund would be issued. Worst customer service possible. Why were we not told that any of this had happened?
