Extremely good service and prompt delivery. Also good customer service by raising a query as to whether I had checked the size as it was possible this battery would not fit my car. The base plate was narrower than this battery but my neighbour (an excellent mechanic) very easily adapted the base plate to fit and manufactured a new clamp. Good service all round

sadly you sent the wrong battery not wot i ordered then i was expected to pay to return this item wen you made the mistake reputable companys wouldnt do that wen i did return it you wouldnt send the correct one so i wasted my time when i cudve gone else were very dissapointed and no appologys on your part pretty grim experience

I think that the product i purchased was ideal and represented very good value for money. Delivery was again prompt and as described. My only observation is that over the phone I could have very easily been persuaded to buy a more expensive product by the operator and on balance this was not needed.. I would buy if needed again from this supplier.
