Your customer service was great, delivery very quick but the firm left the battery lying on its side, despite the packaging having very prominent 'this way up' and arrows on it. Seems to work ok, though.

Very quickly delivered. A very good price (cheaper than my friend who runs his own garage business could get me one). Came in a nicely padded box, and started the engine first turn of the key, even though the car had been standing for 18 months.
