great service from yourselfs the delivery firm what you use lodal is rubbish they cameout twice and couldnt find us so took it back to there depot at teeside so we rang up and said we whould come through to there depot and collect so we traveled just over a hour to pick up battery and they new we was comeing for it and when we got all that way there it was out on the van for delivery so we had to drive back home and wait till they deliverd it the driver had to ring us and i went out to meet him and he followed me to our home so the delivery firm is rubbish it really is but your firm was excellant
