Great battery, working a treat Service spot on, as always with Tayna The only reason for removing a star was the way the packing of the battery was done, to the extent I was amazed it didn't fall out of the box. I appreciate its a very large (394x175x190mm) and heavy (nearly 30Kg) but Tayna have been shipping batteries for a very long time and should know the right way.to do it. I think the biggest problem was the thickness of the box and nothing extra in the bottom of the box to support it's weight. I've been buying my batteries from Tayna for a long time and this is the first instance of poor packaging

Good battery, and reasonably quick deliverfy. Was immensely annoyed to be charged an extra £27 for "click and collect" . It transpires I could have had it delivered to my door, rather than to a depot 25 miles away, in the same time and £27 cheaper which has not caused me to think kinds thought about Tayna.

Sadly my garage said that the existing battery was fine so I had to return this battery, Tayna were fantastic about the return. Carriage was refunded too so without question Tayna will be my next port of call when another battery is needed.

Working fine but coding to my Audi A5 was painful as no BEM code is on the battery. It would have been good to know that no BEM code would be supplied as this would probably have affected my choice.

Delivered next day as promised, in fully protective packaging which arrived undamaged! I hope I won't need another for a few years, but I'll have no hesitation in buying from Tayna again! Fitting the battery in an Audi Q7 is a challenging exercise (as it's underneath the front passenger seat) -- they go in easier than when trying to lift one out, and it's no job for any weaklings! The only complications with these is just with re-programming the system with VCDS, then clearing all the fault codes that appear because you disconnected the old battery -- nothing to do with the new one! It's doing the job perfectly and my stop/start function is also restored.
