Regrettably I have to give one star through no direct fault of Tayna, but because of the failures of their courier DX. I have had to cancel two orders because DX claimed that batteries were out for delivery for days in a row, when this was clearly not the case. DX even claimed that Tayna themselves were not available to receive the returned order at 10:00 on a Tuesday! Sorry Tayna, but you need to sort your couriers out.

I wish I had known about Tanya Batteries earlier in the Year when I purchased a Battery for my Passat B7.it was Twice the price nearly of what I paid for the A5 AGM 019 I purchased from Tayna. I always buy Varta battery's Notting else will do. Fantastic quality and 5 years guarantee. Couldn't ask for more.

Came in next day as requested. Well packaged and ready for me to fit. No issues with product, and Tanya were great to deal with over the phone - confirming I was requesting the correct replacement type and size of battery and giving guidance on the batteries that I could chose from prior to me going on line to order. Only request for improvement would be to have the ability to order over the phone so it was one process.
