Was travelling up to the West Midlands from Essex to see family for the weekend. Started the car, dead. Jumped it from my wife’s car and made it the 165 miles. Last service they told me the battery was not at max capacity but thought it would be fine until winter. Wrong. Got to family’s house went onto Tayna as always use them. Paid a bit extra for saturday delivery. Came in the morning. Fitted it in 15 minutes, started first time and has ever since. So pleased with the battery but especially the service from Tayna. Brilliant

Battery is perfect and OEM quality for my Mercedes, but it was just so great to get such good service, ordered on a Saturday morning, it was packed and sent on the Saturday and was with me on the Monday morning, well packed and safe on F.O.C. postage, must of caught everything during a quiet spell, anyway, well done Tanya for value for money and good old fashioned service.
