I fitted this Battery to my Toyota Prius Hybrid vehicle,approx.6 weeks ago, at the moment it is working first class.The service I have received from this company has been very good .thank you. I will try to Review this VARTA B33 battery in approx. a years time .

I received good advice on my query about the battery I had thought would be right for my Toyota. I was told by Stephen why that would not fit and was given the details of the correct one with make and model. Being me I then checked the cost and availability of the same one from other suppliers only to find that Tayna were cheaper. Having previously looked the the Tayna website and being impressed with their background and the evident knowledge of their sales team I then phoned Stephen back and ordered. I'll give them first consideration on my next battery needs. Harry Humphrey

I would thoroughly recommend this company. They delivered my order next day and informed me of time of delivery. I telephoned after receipt to check if I had ordered the correct battery and was informed that Tayna had checked that the battery was the correct one for my car. The price was the best I could find online. I did check their ratings online before buying and can happily confirm that I agree with their 5* rating.

Fitted to my Lexus CT200 no problem. Small mod to vent pipe which was easily sorted. Car starts as it should now. Excellent value for money.

Excellent fast delivery. The battery was a perfect fit in the car. I had to do a small modification to the car's hydrogen vent tube because the vent holes in the new battery are a bit smaller than in the original (Japanese) battery. Not a big deal: it took no more than 10 minutes.

Product very good and fit into the battery well in my car but unfortunately the terminals were much smaller than my existing battery so I have had to "pack" them with some strips of lead.

The battery is fine BUT there is a tube in the (06) Prius which should fit in one of the vent holes. The hole is too small. I was thinking about drilling it but there is a hole on the other side of the battery as well. The original Prius battery only has one. So I figure the fluid in the battery will only expand if it gets very warm, and, as I live in Leicester and the Prius is old, I don't care. Chris kept repeating that I should measure the battery to make sure of the dimensions, which was rubbish as the problem is with the holes and these are not in the new battery spec as far as I can see. Plus removing the battery is ridiculously difficult but dealer charges are ridiculous - just check youtube for instructions. As ever, delivery was next day and I had no hesitation in using Tayna as they are top.

Battery arrived very quickly, securely packed in perfect condition. Fitted to Toyota Prius MkII (2007 - 56 plate) auxiliary battery within an hour. Only slight problem was that the battery vent needed a different elbow to connect to the external vent pipe, as the Toyota (GS battery) elbow was too large a diameter for the Varta battery vent hole. Fortunately I had an elbow from a previous old battery which fitted.

perfect replacement for worn out 12v accessory battery in my prius. i had to trim down the vent tube a little so that it fit the new battery. excellent service, speedy delivery. would certainly use tayna again.

The reason i have given three stars is not Tanya,s fault bit their courier it took a week to be delivered Tanya did all they could to help and even gave the delivery charge back as way of compensation for which i was very grateful
