The battery was delivered very quickly and was extremely well packaged. I expected it to be a tight fit getting it into an Elise S1, but it will go in, and so far it is proving to be match for the power-hungry immobiliser. Good value too when compared with locally available alternatives. It does require a modified securing clamp however, as supplied by EliseParts.

I bought this battery to replace my 8 year old 370 CCA rated Motoquip battery, which was fitted to my BMW 2.5 litre powered kit car. This one is rated much higher at 520 CCA for the same external size. With this battery the car now starts much easier. The only problem was the round post, whereas the old battery had bolt on tags. Not really a problem as it was easily solved with some adapters, which are readily available. Compared to local suppliers this was excellent value and the service I received was second to none. Will definitely buy my next battery from Tayna.
