The battery arrived promptly and works very well. However there was a mistake in the packaging, the red terminal cover had been placed on the negative terminal. I could see this once I had the battery out of the box but still in its clear wrapping, so I had a panic because I believed a mistake had crept in and the terminals were the wrong way round for my car. Once I realised it was only the plastic cover, all was well, but it was a panic I could have done without.

Fast delivery great service. Turns car over well. Fitted to nissan juke 2013 I found bracket will not fit this battery but for me not a problem, as I made a new one in 10 minutes. This battery has a full square top and the original has a ledge which the bracket needs . So if you cannot adapt your battery just check the shape of the top of your battery as well as size. Not a fault of seller

Initially upon entering registration number and bring up a selection of batteries automatically assumed to be those directly applicable to my vehicle the one I ordered on receipt transpired to not be the terminal orientation of the car registration/model given. However, upon contacting your customer service the matter was resolved and an exchange battery of the correct terminal was received and readily fitted. Despite the initial problem and resolution was first class - thank you. PS: I would suggest that your software be amended to only show applicable batteries for the vehicle information entered.
