Five stars because I really can't find a reason to knock anything. Excellent comms with tech advice and the battery is basically what Poxhall fit originally. Varta. Original battery is getting 'dubious' AT SIX YEARS old! Not flat, just a bit too grumpy to trust much further. We had a battery just clap out on us once, no warning and then no...anything...just completely dead. So...short version? I'm well happy with Varta's products, no complaints at all, I'm just not on for a breakdown risk. All of which is more than can be said for the rest of the...****heap.

Fitted to a 2019 Ford Puma to replace the rubbish Rombat one. Great service from Tayna who identified the right battery for the car as it was too new to appear in the number plate search option. Shame that Ford seem unable to identify when there is a glaring problem with the battery!

Bought this as a recommended upgrade. My stop-start has never worked so I hoped giving it a bit more punch might correct fault. Despite correctly programming / handshake introduction between car and battery, it's not improved my faults, but it's not the battery to blame, its mine and many many other VW owners ongoing mistry to solve in due course.

If you're not mechanically minded I would advise you to have the battery fitted by a mechanic. The space is very small and awkward with such a large battery, in the end I removed the lower dashboard trim which made the job much easier.

Just a little early to 5 star but no problems so far. I don't use my car a great deal and mainly only for short journeys. Not a stop/start engine but trying an AGM battery as I understand they will cope better with my usage. Varta was recommended as the best (along with Bosch), though a brand I had never heard of was suggested by Tayna themselves. Will be back to alter the stars up or down over the coming months!

Not had long enough to give 5 stars yet - will be back to update later! Still had original 10 year old battery but the lack of use during lockdown killed it off and it wouldn;t recharge properly. Trying a AGM battery as recommended for stop/start system, which now works properly but had stopped working with the old battery.

Very swift service. Excellent communications from the team too. Battery arrived within 48 hrs of ordering ; well packaged. Been fitted for a couple of weeks now. There was an instantaneous difference on acceleration (more oomph from the cells) which highlighted that stop start batteries really do lose their power after 4 years. Would I buy this again, and from Tayna ? Absolutely. Excellent service all round. If only more businesses were as helpful & responsive, even after 9pm of a Sunday night ! 5/5. A complete joy to do business with.
