Well packaged and promptly sent at a keen price, much less annoying than Amazon. Didn't even seem to have been turned upside down at any point which was nice although for a more useful review you should probably have called me after five years as this is a lead acid accumulator and not a new peanut based chocolate bar!

Think this is my 4th battery bought from Tayna for my husband's and my cars. As before, I am delighted this time also. I exchanged my battery without problems, having finally found the little red plugs on the side of new one. Should have put my glasses on, there was a small drawing showing where they were!
