I have fitted this battery to my 1925 Delage car. I chose because I have had a good experience with one I bought some 4 years ago for my 1927 Delage. These vintage cars are used only occasionally, but I keep them in a good state of charge by using a "smart" charger when the cars are garaged. Despite the third brush charging system on these cars, this type of Varta battery show good performance and long life.

On the recommendation of the very helpful Tayna salesman, I bought a pair of Varta E24s to go in a Mitsubishi Pajero with a twin battery set up. The car is only used at weekends and needs batteries which will cope with lots of short journeys and restarting. The batteries were delivered the next day in strong, polystrene foam-lined, cardboard boxes with the battery in a heavy duty zip-lok bag. It took longer to unpack them than it did to install them! The batteries arrived charged, and the vehicle started straight away once they were installed. So far, so good. Thanks Tayna for the great service. Robin
