I have used Tayna for the supply of a battery before, and had a very good experience, hence I have purchased from them again. This time the purchase was on behalf of a neighbour to replace their elderly unit. The battery arrived via Yell which was not next day, but I think that was more to do with Yell and not Tayna. It arrived packed to the same high standard as previous supply. So 100% satisfaction from me and 100% satisfaction from my neighbour. Tayna are my go-to for battery supply and are better than my trade connections. Varta Silver Dynamic is also my standard choice for an excellent quality product. I have noticed that Tayna also supply Mobil 1 which will be my next purchase when required.

I found it easy to find the correct battery spec on the website and the price was excellent compared to a lot of the usual motor stores. What impressed me hugely was delivery. I ordered it at midday and it arrived next day around the same time. Top marks for them realising that if you need a new battery, you generally want it quick.

Your service was excellent as usual but I have knocked a star off as the courier left the battery on it's side when it was delivered. This was despite the box being clearly marked as usual with clear instructions as to what way up it needed to be.
