The product itself is fine. Delivery was days late, and Tayna customer support couldn't have cared less. Given that last time I had to haggle with the couriers to get them to deliver on the arranged day, I wont be back. 5 stars for the product, zero for delivery or customer service.

It is difficult to judge a battery until it fails but this one does everything you would expect it to. It feels well made and fits exactly as specified.

The only times this battery has let me down has been when I have left the lights on overnight or it has been over 5 years old. Now on my third similar battery for my 16 year old car.
