This review is for the second battery that was sent out to us which was fine and is now fitted and running well. The first one we received was cracked near to one of the terminals when we received it. The battery had plenty of packaging which was not damaged and we do not believe that the couriers had caused the problem and that it had been sent out faulty. Not a good customer relations exercise.

Battery arrived cardboard boxed with foam plastic slabs for protection. Perhaps packaging can be reviewed to not use this method? Otherwise battery installed without fuss and has restored stopstart.
