Battery arrived late as I was expecting next day delivery as promised on their website. The battery was nearly flat so I have had to charge the battery which I would have expected to be fully charged prior to dispatch. Not very helpful customer service.

I have received the most appalling service from this company. As I understand it is under new ownership as of 1st June 2025 and the warranty conditions that are displayed on the website are no longer honoured. If you have any problems, be prepared to wait for at least 4 weeks before a resolution is received. Most of the staff are no longer as helpful as they used to be.

I ordered new battery as replacement for failed one under warranty sadly the returns and refund process isn't as smooth as the supply of new , which is excellent. bought same make of battery as no quality issues and have many at my workplace with great results.

Second time I've had this battery. Last one lasted 6 years. The battery has suffered a lot of different conditions - the extremes of Australian heat, the cold of the UK and two long journeys where the van was stationary for several months. I bought it a second time - that should say it all :)
