Superb service. Ordered on a Tue morning, had a query (called Tanya customer service who are excellent) and battery arrived 08:30 am next day. Which is more than can be said with fitting battery to Audi S4 V8!. Beware all owners - it can be done - just have a very long shaft and 6mm straight hex on end! You will find out! Ignore internet advice about removing chassis torsion strengtheners etc.

Thanks for recommending the correct battery. I tried several other sites including Varta's own website and Halfords. All other sites recommended batteries that were not the correct size and were too small to be held in position by the cars battery clamps. The battery was delivered on the day stated and was fitted within a few minutes after which the car started without a problem. One additional choice I would have liked was the option of a high power battery.

Good, intuitive internet site - the only thing letting it down was that my car wasn't an option on the vehicle search. Also used the phone to check stock levels and staff very competant. Fortunately I knew what battery I wanted, so was able to select. Good delivery time, but the bottom was falling out of the package by the time it reached me (though this could have been the shippers rather then the packaging). Overall, some minor glitches but would recommend to a friend.
