Carrier went to wrong address - number 6 instead of 6a as stated, on the friday and as a consequence I was without the car for the weekend. Carrier should phone if he is not sure or cannot find address. I guess it's tough for drivers but customer satisfaction is paramount for the businesses using the delivery service.
