The web site is brilliant with lots of information to ensure you get the right battery. Many other sites recommended a smaller size battery than the one I was replacing. The price was competitive. The battery arrived on time and well wrapped with instructions. The installation was straightforward and the car turns over very fast now. The only disappointing point was the battery had a black film of dirt on the top as if it had been on a shelf for a while. Otherwise 5 star.

Great battery, much more powerful than my old one, I can actually leave my lights and radio on for more than 5 mins without it going flat, I do alot of short start stop journeys and so far I have felt very confident with this battery.

Good price (with discount code), fast delivery and well packed. This is my second Varta Silver Dynamic. Whilst only lasted 6 years the recent years have seen a lot of short journeys so I think this was an OK lifespan. Many on the A2 Owners' Club forum recommend this battery. Hint: there are fold up handles; needed as very heavy.

My original Land Rover battery for my Freelander 2 finally gave up the ghost. I briefly thought about calling the AA and buying one of their overpriced batteries but a quick search on the usual forums led me to following others in purchasing this battery as a direct replacement. I'm glad I did. It was really easy to fit and has quite a bit more power than the original, as well as a higher CCA which is never going to be a bad thing for winters ahead. Delivery was the next day! I can thoroughly recommend getting this battery.
