Battery is perfect ! No problems with fit or packaging. However it was delivered to the wrong address, the carrier lied about who signed for it, ie at first they said it was Mr Walton (myself) then said it was Mr Shilling (who doesn't appear in this area phone book. I contacted your sales people and am still waiting for the promised call back. a neighbour from way down the road eventually turned up with the battery (Mrs Holding). The carrier did ring back a few days later, my wife spoke to him, and when she aired her views about the poor service, the reply was "well you've got the goods, so whats you problem. Most unsatisfactory

Some twit put a Halfords battery on it and when cold starting it struggled. Now it spins the engine fast and starts immediately. You get what you pay for, recommended x

Very good service and communication. Bit disappointed about the amount charged for carriage, but then that is not Tanya Batteries fault. Reasonable delivery time, item as described. Would use again and in fact recommended to a friend already.
