Warrenty was mentioned on listings but when order/item arrived there was no such proof or any word written on invoice as such regarding warrenty which is cheating in a sence. It could be improved easily by updating your computer programming and then it would be genuine business procedure adopted as well.

Absolutely first class service. The batteries are packed in a sealed plastic bag for safety and carefully boxed with an armoured cardboard lining. My worry about transit damage was totally unfounded. I saved 25% against local supply and no doubt got a fresher battery. This was the best price I could find anywhere - would be my first port of call next time. Thank you Tanya!

Ordered over the phone as I could not see the actual battery I required on the internet. I had it sent to our home in Italy. It arrived in 6 days (1,600 mile trip) and in PERFECT condition. Was on the truck on no time, and performs very well - even better than the original factory fitted battery. Varta batteries in this part of Italy are 200 Euro, so this exercise saved me about £100 Thank you guys!
