Ordered and was unsure on delivery over the Christmas/ New Year period. Emailed and got a quick response reassuring me it would be delivered quickly. It arrived quickly which was really helpful and good to have such quick replies, to reassure me. The battery itself was packaged well and it's performance is much better than my last. Much cheaper than anywhere else I could find at short notice. Will order future car batteries from here.

Top quality battery a an affordable price. This was actually a replacement for the original that had obviously been dropped. Within half an hour and after sending photos they agreed a refund which I had next morning.

Have used Tayna previously but never for batteries. Got this battery - absolutely great, charges quick! Unfortunately the first one arrived damaged, however Tayna quickly supported in sending me a new one free of charge! Great customer service and will use Tayna again!
