Delivery was prompt and battery was well packed. It was standing on its end though in spite of the “This Way Up” tape all around the upper edge of the box but that’s the courier not Tayna. Fortunately only a a few small drops of leakage as the transport plugs were fitted. Gave a it a top up charge with my smart charger and then fitted it into my car without any difficulty and has worked worked fine since then.

Replaced Varta oem battery with this one which fitted perfectly. Start- stop feature has begun operating again after not working for several months and now I know why. Very good service from Tanya and DHL, battery was on my doorstep before I even thought about checking delivery tracking.

This was a replacement for the original Honda battery. The Tayna website is well set out and as a result selecting the correct replacement battery was straightforward. The battery arrived in good condition and was as advertised. Packaging was to a high standard. Tayna had included a list of simple pre-fitting instructions to follow. I had to look up the necessary vehicle specific battery fitting video which was available on the net. This made fitting a straightforward job. The battery is very heavy and lifting into the tight space under the bonnet was significantly aided by the built in lifting handles. The battery required only a short charge to bring it up to full capacity. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Time will tell whether the battery will last as long as the original Varta battery as fitted by Honda. I have high expectations for the replacement as Varta are highly rated by those in the trade. Full marks for Tayna for an excellent shopping and delivery experience.
