The old battery on my 1965 Mustang with a raced tuned 6.0L 525bhp V8 engine died after the cold snap we just had. This replacement battery fitted in the battery cradle perfectly and has no problem in cranking over the engine, even after two weeks in between starting the engine, the battery copes very well with a cold start and no choke.

I have changed cars 3 times in 10 years,usually they are about 3/4 years old,so I put a new battery in regardless of the condition of the old one. Always buy Varta. Never had any problems. The price and delivery from Tanya batteries. Is great. They were the only website that showed the correct size too.

I’ve given the stars for the price and speed of delivery, as for the battery I’m not so sure, it was flat the next morning after a frosty night (and yes I did charge it as recommended before I used it) didn’t expect that from a new battery so I’m disappointed!
