Ordered YUASA YBX3030 battery as replacement for my X Trail. Battery picture describes as 630cca. Battery supplied only 600cca. Misleading and poor customer service not advising. Good delivery time.

No idea about the battery as after two weeks I still haven’t received it. Absolutely no help from support. In fact they appear to have made it worse. Ordered on the 16th. No sign by the 23rd so I asked for an update. Was told the courier had it out for delivery on the 22nd but that no further information was available. Then a string of emails ending with them saying they’ll DPD one so it should arrive next day. Then nothing until I emailed the next day saying I haven’t received any tracking information, and a reply saying they hadn’t sent it as they’ve been busy! This is after me stating how urgently it was required. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
