Ordering was an easy process. Battery was well packaged. No issues so far. The delivery from the courier was disappointing though as it wasn't delivered on the day it was due and I had to contact Tanya the following day which meant my battery was only delivered the 2 days after it was meant to have been.

I have bought from Tanya several times but NEVER AGAIN. Ordered for next day delivery,, didn't arrive, told delayed due to weather would be next day. Still didn't arrive, then tried to speak to customer service, easier to speak to the king, never got through to them. I then sent an email asking when I would have my battery, no reply, so sent a 2nd email saying I was going to make a complaint, finally got a reply saying it would be a week, but could have a refund, which I took, and got my battery the next day, at a cheaper price.

I have just replaced the old yuasa battery in my van. I wrote the date on it and invoice number when I fitted it and it lasted exactly 10 years in a very deep discharge environment. Tanya are also very reliable suppliers with good prices and excellent packaging and delivery.

Tayna service was lacking but the carriers they use (DX) are rubbish The order was placed on a 24hr delivery Tayna past it to their carrier DX two days later the 24hr carrier delivered it 4 days later DX could not provide any tracking and were clueless using their chatline on where it was or when it was to be delivered
