Battery arrived in very good timeframe, and was a very good price. I had to telephone twice for advice, once to clarify transit plug removal, and once to clarify plug removal to allow fitting of vent tube in car. Both calls were answered, and problem solved, quickly and efficiently. I already have a Yuasa Silver battery in another car, so I know it will be a good battery. Full marks to Tayna!

Known to be good quality batteries at a very competitive price from Tayna. Delivered on next working day albeit at 19.30. Made a great difference to starting and now with an absence of error messages. Amazing how an old battery can deteriorate (especially when cold) without becoming so obvious - even when the AA guy says it is fine according to his tests.

VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE FROM TAYNA, VERY WELL PACKED AND QUICK DELIVERY. WENT STRAIGHT ON CAR AND RIGHT AWAY I COULD TELL THE DIFFERENCE. ONE THING I WAS ANGRY WITH AND THIS IS DOWN TO DHL NOT TAYNA, THE DELIVERY DRIVER PUT THE BATTERY ON MY DOORSTEP SIDEWAYS WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY LABELLED WHICH WAY UP IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. BEFORE I COULD SAY A WORD THE DRIVER WAS GONE. THANKS TAYNA
