My Star rating is for the battery itself. For the service I would give minus stars if I could. Next day delivery did not happen...I was not kept informed, I had to chase all the time. The Courier was apalling and failed to dleiver on 3 cosnsecutive days. Ultimately I had to go and collect the battery from their depot, 7 days after ordering. So why did I pay for delivery??????????? Give me one good reason to use Tayna again?

The Battery arrived in very quick time and was very well packed. This battery was for a vintage tractor which is not the easiest of starters, the battery was fitted without any prior charging and it started the tractor straight away. Very pleased and will use Tayna Batteries again next time I require a battery.
