This review is not for your product but rather the amateur hour courier you have contracted to deliver my goods. Three times they have attempted delivery and three times they have failed. It is impossible to speak to a human to resolve the problems they are having. They either employ monkeys or do not have the systems which support drivers delivering to rural areas. Please, please please challenge them on their performance, and their customer communication (suggesting they had turned up but *I* was missing in action!).
